RegCure Review

Monday, October 15th, 2007

There has been some increased interest on Windows Vista system utilities lately, particularly with Vista registry cleaners and optimizers. Our site has done quite a lot of software reviews of this kind for Windows XP and prior versions but published only a few on Vista. The reason: very few registry utilities exist today that already supports the new Vista OS and although some of them do, most of them fall below our standard.

Fortunately, we came upon a registry repair utility with excellent registry error fixing capability that performs well on Windows Vista and XP. The software is RegCure from Pareto Logic, a registry repair utility that reliably detects anomalies in the system registry which other utilities usually overlook. The software comes with an eye-catching yet easy to use user interface, simplified user navigation, straight forward reporting and even comes with some very useful tools such as Windows startup programs management and many other features.

AMUST Registry Cleaner Review

Wednesday, May 2nd, 2007

There are quite a number of registry cleaners nowadays each with its own unique key features. Obviously, all of these registry tools focus on a common purpose of detecting defective registry objects and fix them according to their own set of rules. Some delete them while others devised a more appropriate solution of correcting these errors. And while the process of deciding which software is best to buy falls on both the technical and subjective side still the question remains on which tool actually fixes the errors and which one offers more than what other software has. In order to be unique, many registry software developers throw in a few extras that are as significant as cleaning the registry itself.

One of these is AMUST Registry Cleaner which promises not only to fix errors on the Windows system registry but, allegedly, also cleans hard drives for unwanted files that clutter the system and oftentimes create adverse effect on the system performance. Let’s find out how this registry tool performs in action.
